Cruden Property Services offer comprehensive solutions to client maintenance, planned work programmes, repairs, associated minor works requirements and renewable energy installations. With strategically placed offices and depots, we deliver service excellence throughout the Northwest.

We specialise in working with clients to provide 365/24 building fabric maintenance, electrical installation and maintenance, building refurbishment, disabled adaptations, renewable energy solutions and a comprehensive associated minor works service. All operations are managed through our in house customer contact centre in Manchester using state of the art technology.

We are passionate about providing a high standard of customer care and our team is built up of a number of talented individuals including construction and maintenance managers, skilled tradesmen, customer service co-ordinators, surveyors, estimators safety, environmental, quality and financial specialists – each an expert in their field.
