On The Job

Escalate 'On the Job' training is based around all vocational learning and development from structured NVQ and trainee programmes to trade apprenticeships. We recognise the shortage of skilled trades persons and so we offer modern apprenticeships in bricklaying, joinery, carpentry and plumbing.

Cruden Group has consistently demonstrated commitment to young people by striving to provide sustainable employment and skills development opportunities in the communities we work in and strive to recruit, engage and retain local labour.

Working in partnership with local colleges and training providers Cruden have successfully supported many apprentices to achieve recognised trade qualifications leading to careers with Cruden and within the industry.
