Working in partnership with local colleges and universities Cruden support the studying towards qualifications that will add value to the current role and equip individuals to progress to senior positions within the group. Memberships of professional institutes are supported and funded by Cruden to ensure our professional staff continually develop in their role and are always up to speed with their changing profession.
