Company History

Established in 1999, Cruden Property Services complimented the Cruden Group's core construction and development businesses by providing full maintenance and minor works services to a wide range of existing and new clients. Operating from offices in Salford and support depots throughout the North West, the company is now four times larger and employs an array of specialist staff and field based multi skilled operatives.   

The client base is diverse, from local authorities to national retailers, from housing associations to universities and charitable organisations with operational areas spread from Cumbria to Cheshire and Greater Manchester and from Merseyside to Yorkshire.
