Company History
Established in 1999, Cruden Property Services complimented the Cruden Group’s core construction and development businesses by providing full maintenance and small works services to a wide range of existing and new clients. Operating from offices in Salford, the company commenced trading with 15 staff and 40 highly trained operatives headed up by Malcolm Gemson, Managing Director. Today the company employs almost 200 specialist staff and field based multi skilled operatives, increasing turnover from £2.5million to a forecast £16 million in 2008.
The client base is diverse, from local authorities to national retailers, from housing associations to universities and charitable organisations with operational areas spread from Cumbria to Cheshire and Greater Manchester and from Merseyside to Yorkshire.
Two Divisions, Maintenance and Small Works operate through highly specialist teams to deliver exceptional service to clients. A culture of care, service and value ensures that our team works with customers to achieve service solutions tailored to each client’s individual needs.
