Our comprehensive 'partnering' approach highlights the importance of close client consultation ensuring that the needs of the customer and end user influence the method of service delivery. A large directly-employed and multi-skilled workforce, motivated by some of the very best managers in the business undertake thousands of individual work orders annually supported by a select list of specialist subcontract and supply-chain partners.

Our maintenance operations are directed from our dedicated, in-house 24 hour Customer Service Centre, which uses state-of-the-art technology to ensure that client requirements are fulfilled on-time, on budget - every time. Our operations system 'ROCC Uniclass' combined with 'Kirona Mobile Solutions' and 'Opti Time' provides innovative, bespoke functionality, specifically tailored for contracts involving works to large estates with multiple addresses.
