Managing Director


Malcolm has over 40 years experience in construction and maintenance works with 22 years as a Managing Director. Malcolm has worked for Cruden for 11 years leading the Property Services business through various growth stages to become the multi million pound company it is today. Absolutely passionate about service, customer care and demonstrable value, Malcolm leads a strong team of managers, staff and operatives to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight in our service.

Operations Director


Chris joined Cruden in 1999 and his experience includes contract and operations management roles within responsive building maintenance frameworks. Chris has more than 25 years experience of working on maintenance contracts of all types. He was promoted to Operations Director in October 2010 and his responsibilities include the day to day running of the Customer Service Centre, field operations and the management of contract delivery for measured term and daywork contracts.

John has worked for Cruden Group for 25 years joining the group board in October 2004. He oversees the company's financial affairs and has played a major part in the considerable success the company has enjoyed over the years.
