Malcolm GemsonManaging Director
Malcolm has over 40 years experience in construction and maintenance works with 18 years as a Managing Director. Malcolm has worked for Cruden for 8 years leading the Property Services business through various growth stages to become the multi million pound company it is today. Absolutely passionate about service, customer care and demonstrable value, Malcolm leads a strong team of managers, staff and operatives to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight in our service. Mark BurnsDeputy Managing Director

Mark has worked for Cruden for 22 years joining Cruden Property Services in January 2000 and the Board of Directors in July 2004. Mark has extensive experience in construction and maintenance operations managing a large and diverse workforce. Mark has operational responsibility for the business and is the partnering champion for long term strategic partnerships with housing association and local authority clients.
