The Cruden Escalate in the Community team have been busy again this week with another small project to help the residents of Patton Court for Great Places Housing Association through a morning of shrub planting.
Four volunteers from our Salford office rolled up their sleeves and got tidying and planting in the garden boarders at Patton Court. The team took just a few hours to reduce the trip hazours for elderly residents and plant a number of shurbs to add some colour.
Volunteers included Emily Johnson, Tyrel Gerald, Rick Crowther and John Goulsbra who were joined by Andrew Bolton from Great Places Housing Group and Tenant Representative Angela Lindsey.
Cruden's Escalate in the Community is a company wide scheme open to all employees with the core aim of helping, supporting and improving the communities we work and live in and build on our pro active approach to adding value through community engagement.
On Friday 16th July 2011 more Cruden volunteers will be joining Great Places Housing Group staff and residents at the annual Knutsford Fun Day by running a wide range of fun activities for all to enjoy.
