Environment

Cruden Property Services recognises and understands its responsibilities towards the protection of the environment and operates a policy which delivers reductions in the environmental impact of our business operations. We operate an Environmental Management System, independently assessed and accredited under ISO 14001:2004.

Our objectives are to; reduce waste volumes from sites to reduce waste to landfill, annually increase our recycling levels, reduce energy, water and commercial vehicle movement, train all our staff on issues and their contribution to our environmental goals, work in partnership with our suppliers to promote sustainable sourcing and measure and reduce our carbon footprint annually.

Part of Cruden Property Services, Cruden Energy Solutions provides a range of renewable energy technologies from leading suppliers, fully installed with industry leading warranties and with MCS accreditation.

Introduced in 2010 this new business aims to take a lead in this emerging market. PhotoVoltaic Panels, Solar Thermal Systems and Heat Pumps will be the three core technologies offered, which are suited both to new-build and retro-fit applications, helping towards the Code for Sustainable homes and reducing carbon footprints, not to mention significant savings in energy costs.
