The construction and property maintenance industry with its wide array of customers, huge workforce, reliance on both renewable and non renewable resources and highly visible output impacts on the lives of every citizen locally, regionally, nationally and globally.
Cruden Property Services understands that environment, health, safety, training, equality and diversity, sustainability, communities are important issues to our clients and employees alike. We are focused on improving performance in each area through targeted programmes of training and knowledge transfer.
On environmental matters we have focused our efforts to achieve accreditation under ISO 14001 for our Environmental Management System which now guides our processes to improve performance in reducing waste, recycling and re-using. Considerable investment in health and safety training ensures we provide all employees with the skills and knowledge to deliver safe construction sites and maintenance services to people in their homes or place of work.
Our investment in people provides a supportive working environment to develop core skills and talents throughout the company, which subsequently is directly passed to our clients. Our investment in people extends to ensuring that where possible we employ from the communities in which we are working, local businesses and people able to contribute to successful project delivery or participate in training and apprenticeship programmes organised locally which develop life long employable skills.
