Minor Works

Cruden Property Services offers minor works services to clients in the social housing, educational, industrial, commercial, retail, healthcare, leisure and ecclesiastical sectors. We have gained particular expertise in the refurbishment, alteration, extension and fit out of occupied buildings

We work with a number of long standing clients to provide value for money construction and refurbishment services delivering high quality outputs on time and to budget. All contracts undertaken are overseen by a director and fully resourced to ensure service and workmanship quality.
