Repairs and Maintenance
Cruden Property Services offers repairs & maintenance services to clients in the social housing, educational, industrial, commercial, retail, healthcare, leisure and ecclesiastical sectors.

Services are delivered through a directly employed field based workforce covering all trade disciplines. Each is equipped with a fully stocked vehicle carrying all necessary plant and stock to facilitate a safe, swift and efficient service.
We work in collaboration with our clients to design operational methods which meet individual client service standards. Operations are directed from our dedicated, in-house 24 hour customer service centre.
