Cruden Property Services offers small works services to clients in the social housing, educational, industrial, commercial, retail, healthcare, leisure and ecclesiastical sectors. Small contract works are undertaken from just a few thousand pounds up to several hundred thousand pounds and we have gained particular expertise in the refurbishment, alteration, extension and fit out of occupied buildings
We work with a number of long standing clients to provide value for money construction and refurbishment services delivering high quality outputs on time and to budget. All contracts undertaken are overseen by a director and fully resourced to ensure service and workmanship quality.
